Shop Items
All records and CDs are brand new unless stated. All second hand records are mint condition unless otherwise stated in product description.

Item availability
All items in the shop are in stock. In the event of an error which results in an item ordered not being available, you will be contacted via the e-mail you supplied with your order. You will have the option to receive a refund, swap the item for another record or wait for us to restock the item for you.

Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your order you may return the goods in there original condition within 14 days of receiving them. When we receive the returned goods you will be refunded the amount of the item(s).

Privacy Statement

Any information you give us will be held securely and will not be past on to third parties. Information is stored only to use in conjunction with processing orders and contact if necessary.

No payment information is stored by us and any used to fulfill an order is encrypted, you can check this by looking for the padlock sign in your browser next to our address. If you have any questions about your privacy on this site, please feel free to contact us.

Shipping Info

All orders will be dispatched in 48 hours and shipped first class by Royal Mail. We use sturdy cardboard mailers to help ensure the safe passage of your records and CDs. Shipping charges:

UK

• 10" / 12" £3.00 for first record, then 75p per record
• CD / 7" £1.20 for first item, then 50p per item

Europe

• 10" / 12" £3.50 for first record, then £1.15 per record
• CD / 7" £1.60 for first item, then 50p per item
• Double CD's / Double 7" / Double LP's count as two items

Rest of the world

• 10" / 12" £5.30 for first record, then £2.00 per record
• CD / 7" £2.10 for first item, then £1.20 per item

About Outerbound

Our goal is to bring music from around the world that is often not attainable in the UK or Europe. We do stock domestic releases as well but our main focus is stocking the 'hard to find' and limited releases in ragga jungle / ragga breakcore genre.
